Great erosion control, color ran grayer
We've got a low spot out past the barn where the runoff off the Flint Hills pastures dumps into a culvert, and every spring it chewed the bank back a little more. Ordered six tons of the large river rock to armor the outfall and build up a short stretch of dry creek bed leading away from it. The rock is heavy enough that nothing has shifted through a full season of spring storms, and the erosion has completely stopped. Only thing keeping it from a perfect score is the color coming in grayer than the tan shown in the photos online.

Great rock, driveway too tight for the truck
