Got a ton and a half of mason sand through Kansas Rock Supply for repointing some old mortar joints on the chimney and mixing small batches by hand. Grain is fine and consistent, mixed up smooth with no grit problems. Only issue was the load arrived soaked through, heavier than expected off the truck, and we had to spread it out on tarps for a day to dry before it would work in the mixer.
